Bells Hopslam - Arrives Monday, 1/14/13 at 3pm, While Supplies Last!
Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style. A supremely rare and highly coveted beer. ABV 10%

Bell's Winter White Ale
A lighter yet abundantly flavorful alternative to the traditional heavy winter warmers. Fermented with a Belgian ale yeast, this blend of barley & wheat malts yields a mixture of clove and fruity aromas, all without the use of any spices. Deliberately brewed to retain a cloudy appearance, Bell's Winter White Ale is a beer for embracing winter. ABV 5%

Bell’s Amber Ale
Amber Ale deftly balances a mixture of toasted grain & light caramel notes with a range of floral, citrus and herbal hop notes, capped by a clean bitterness. This balance of flavors makes Amber Ale quite versatile as a food pairing option, not to mention being rather tasty in its own right. ABV 5.8%

Bell’s Two Hearted IPA
A remarkably drinkable American-style IPA defined by intense hop aroma and malt balance. Centennial hops lend characteristic grapefruit and pine aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast. ABV 7%

Dark Horse Crooked Tree
Inspired by West Coast I.P.A.’s, but brewed with Michigan style. The Crooked Tree is heavily dry hopped to give it a big aroma of pine and citrus. The flavors are big, yet very balanced between fresh hops and malt. Often described as “grapefruit” the hops used in this beer give it an excellent fruit flavor that finishes dry, crisp, and clean. It will pour a nice deep copper color with a bit of haziness. Crooked Tree has won several medals in the India Pale Ale category. ABV 6%

Dos Equis Lager
Dos Equis Special Lager is a refreshing, crisp, golden, lager style beer imported from Mexico. Made with roasted malts, choice hops, a unique strain of yeast and purified water, this distinctive brew is known simply as “Lager” in its homeland. ABV 4.45%

Dos Equis Amber
Dos Equis Amber is a rich, full-bodied Mexican import with a reddish-gold color. The history of Dos Equis Amber is traced to the development of the popular Oktoberfest-style of Vienna lager originally created during the mid-19th century. ABV 4.7%

Founder's Dirty Bastard
So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. ABV 8.5%

Founder's Breakfast Stout
The coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and Sumatra and Kona coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever. ABV 8.3%

Guinness Stout
True to the Irish Ale style Guinness has a crisp hint of roasted barley, the fresh breeze of hops, and the refreshing bite all make for the bittersweet reward. A black body with a smooth creamy head. ABV 4.2%

New Belgium Fat Tire
Named in honor of a New Belgium co-founder's bike trip through Europe, Fat Tire has won over fans with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness. ABV 5.2%

New Belgium Snow Day
Pleasantly hoppy, Snow Day carries the subtle chocolate and caramel flavors of a new brewing malt known as Midnight Wheat. The Styrian Golding, Centennial and Cascade hops bring the backbone of hoppy bitterness to complement the roasty undertones. This beer is the deep garnet of a roasted walnut and presents a creamy tan head, floating artfully atop. Snow Day is bold and hoppy, drinkable and strong. ABV 6.2%

Newcastle Brown Ale
The quintessential rich, English brown ale. Sweet, malty, somewhat nutty, yet refreshing. Newcastle is thought to be the first place in Britain to brew beer. The best-selling bottled beer in the UK. ABV 4.7%

New Holland Cabin Fever
Robust in character yet smooth in delivery, Cabin Fever is a roasty brown ale and a hearty, comforting companion for long, mind-bending winters. Its rye, roast and raisin notes play off a subtle caramel sweetness and culminate in a dry finish. ABV 6%

Pacifico
Cerveza Pacífico Clara, better known as Pacifico, is a Mexican pilsner-style beer. It was first brewed in 1900 when three Germans opened a brewery, the Cerveceria del Pacífico in Mazatlán. This is a Pilsener, clear beer with a refreshingly smooth taste. ABV 4.5%

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Sierra Nevada’s most popular beer, Pale Ale, is a delightful interpretation of a classic style. It has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops for a fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor. ABV 5.6%

Stella Artois
The golden standard of European lagers. The fresh, pale malt aromas offer a sweet herbal note and a lingering hoppy finish. ABV 5.2%

Weihenstephan Hefeweizen
A classic, unfiltered wheat beer from the world's oldest operating brewery. Weihenstephan boasts fruity banana and citrus flavours, which are complemented by creamy yeast flavours, spicy notes, and a smooth malt backbone. Full bodied and very complex, it's undoubtedly one of the best wheat beers in the world. ABV 5.4%
